Exchanges and store credit are available for eligible items only and are subject to a processing fee of $20 CAD for Canada or $15 USD for USA.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery or purchase to request an exchange.

Exchanges are only available for the same item or another item of equal value. All items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

For returns outside of Canada, customers are responsible for all shipping fees, duties, customs, and import charges.
