Refund & Exchange Policy
At Gospel Selections, we take pride in the craftsmanship of every piece. Because each item is hand-inspected for quality before leaving our Montreal studio, all sales are final. We want you to be completely satisfied with your selection, which is why we offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges are only available for the same item or another item of equal value.
Return Shipping
To keep our commitment to donating 10% of every sale to charity and maintaining our accessible luxury pricing, we ask that customers cover return shipping costs.
If requested, we can provide a return shipping label, and the cost will be deducted from your store credit or exchange.
For returns outside of Canada, customers are responsible for all shipping fees, duties, customs, and import charges.
How to Request an Exchange
To begin the process, please email us at gospelselections@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Full name
- Shipping address
- The item(s) you wish to exchange
Our team typically responds within 24–72 business hours.
Processing
Once your item is received and inspected, your exchange or store credit will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Gospel Selections is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
We reserve the right to refuse requests that do not meet the above conditions.
